No idea is too strange for us, in fact, the weirder the better. We love to be challenged and take great pride in collaborating with you on your creative ideas and making them a reality. We provide face painting, body painting, fantasy and cosplay character makeups. We also cater for dancers, acrobats, circus and aerialist performers. We are always busy during and around Mardi Gras and Halloween with body painting and special occasion makeups for partygoers and performers alike.
Prosthetic Makeup
Having trained with some of the best people in the industry we also design, create and apply prosthetic makeups and practical effects. If this is something you are interested in for your own project or special event get in contact sooner rather than later as this level of makeup requires more preparation time than most other kinds of makeup.
Mercury Makeup provides casualty and trauma simulation makeups for medical training for small and large-scale groups. Mariel has personally trained medical staff of the Royal Australian Navy in medical Moulage over a four day training intensive at The Academy for Makeup Artists in Sydney.
